Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in our community. You will assist with daily living activities, including housekeeping, serving meals, personal care, transfers, and mobility, while maintaining a safe, homelike environment.

We emphasize teamwork, safety, and ongoing training. You will observe residents for changes, report to your supervisor, complete health screenings as required, and contribute to our mission of high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and health screenings as required
• First aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks, including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals, and personal care
• Assist with transfers, toileting, dressing, and mobility as outlined in the resident service plan
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to the supervisor and document as required
