Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to deliver hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support daily activities, promote social engagement, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Ideal candidates bring caregiving experience, a HS diploma, and a reliable, team-oriented attitude. Some roles welcome CNAs; background screenings are required as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant caregiving training is preferred.
• Commitment to reliability, hospitality, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety.
• Document and maintain accurate daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
