Job summary

Regency on Whidbey in Oak Harbor, WA is seeking caring individuals to join our Memory Care unit as a caregiver. You will provide personal services, medication assistance, and support with ADLs in a compassionate, home-like environment.

We offer a shift differential and expect team members to follow infection control, health/safety rules, and regulatory standards. English communication is essential, and Covid-19 vaccination is required or accommodated per policy. EEO employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Education or experience to meet state requirements.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services and assist with ADLs per care plan.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and activities.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Observe resident conditions and report changes.
• Participate in move-in/out processes and orientation of new staff.
• Follow incident reporting guidelines.
