Job summary

Silverado Hermann Park, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to provide compassionate support to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will build relationships, ensure safe, respectful care, and document changes for the nursing team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Anticipated pay range is $16–$17 USD per hour. Silverado offers 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
