Job summary

Suite Living Senior Memory Care & Assisted Living is hiring a CAREGIVER or CNA for our memory care and senior living community in Ramsey, MN. This part-time role requires weekend availability (every other weekend) and includes a four-day training session at our Arden Hills site.

The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and able to follow care plans with strong communication. Prior care experience and CPR knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must pass medications (training provided).
• High School Diploma required; CNA/RA/HHA experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months caregiver experience in memory care or assisted living.
• CNA certification preferred but not required; CPR knowledge valued.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medications.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility within the facility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks.
• Support residents with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and report incidents to staff.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
