Koelsch Communities in Glen Ellyn, IL, seeks a caring Caregiver for our Maple Glen memory care community. This full-time role offers a 2PM–10PM PM shift, 4–5 days per week with rotating weekends, and an hourly rate between $18 and $21 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and coordinate with licensed staff as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe health changes and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
