Job summary

Addington Place of Northville is seeking a compassionate Care Associate/CNA for memory care. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support engagement, and help maintain dignity in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• English proficiency to perform duties and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills; Outlook/Excel/Word required.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Participate in and lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Ensure concerns are addressed promptly with follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents and staff.
