Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for MEMORY CARE to assist residents with daily living activities and personalized support, helping maintain independence and dignity. You will follow each resident’s care plan and work within a caring team to deliver high-quality service in a warm senior living setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, prompt communication of condition changes, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
