Job summary

Epworth Villa in Oklahoma City is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to safely administer medications and support residents living with dementia. You will work 12-hour shifts on Thursdays–Saturdays and every other Wednesday, 7 PM to 7 AM, collaborating with licensed nurses and the care team to ensure individualized, compassionate care.

The role requires Oklahoma CMA certification, a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and prior experience with dementia.

Qualifications

  • Current Oklahoma CMA certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (American Heart Association preferred).
  • Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders.
  • Document administration, observations, and condition changes accurately.
  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
  • Maintain clean, organized medication areas and carts.

Certified Medication Aide (CMA)Epworth Villa | Oklahoma City, OklahomaCompensationStarting Pay: $17.00+ per hour (based on experience)Schedule12-Hour ShiftsThursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday, 7 PM to 7 AMWhat You'll DoAs a Certified Medication Aide in Memory Care at Epworth Villa, you'll do more than safely administer medications—you'll become a familiar, trusted presence for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
