Job summary

Epworth Villa in Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our memory care team. You will provide person-centered care to residents living with dementia, maintaining dignity and comfort while following individualized care plans.

Night shifts are available, with weekend differential and part-time scheduling options. Starting pay is $16.00+ per hour based on experience, with an additional $1.00 per hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Oklahoma CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care, memory-care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals and other personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build trusting relationships through patience, reassurance, consistency and meaningful interaction.
• Provide compassionate support to residents with memory loss or dementia-related behaviors.
• Recognize changes in mood or condition and communicate concerns to the care team.
