Qualifications

• Experience or training in caregiving or resident support.

• Reliable attendance and ability to perform essential job functions with support.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility, while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Support residents with structured routines, therapeutic activities, and engagement that align with their abilities and preferences.
• Observe and report changes in behavior, condition, or wellbeing to the appropriate team members.
• Follow established safety and care procedures to maintain a secure environment for residents.
