Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Clifton Park, NY is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Aide to assist memory‑impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing, while promoting dignity and independence. You will help residents engage in daily activities and maintain privacy in a supportive environment.

The position is full‑time (3pm‑11pm, every other weekend) with an evening shift differential and a salary range of $16.50‑$18.00 per hour based on experience, plus a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred or as required by law.
• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• Compassion for elderly required.

Responsibilities

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Maintain and document proper records of care.
• Report changes in resident’s condition to supervisor (illness, behavior changes, unmet needs, medication issues, etc.).
• Promote resident participation in community activities.
