Starling at San Jose is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on care and emotional support in a safe, home-like environment. You will monitor residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain cleanliness and comfort within the facility.

The role emphasizes promoting dignity and safety while engaging residents in meaningful activities. Prior senior care experience and CNA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with daily living activities as instructed.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Assist with meals, mobility, and transfers as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.

Formation
