Job summary

Live Star Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain a safe, supportive home environment. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient service and reliable scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be available 7 days a week 9AM-7PM.
• Minimum age of 18; caregiving experience preferred; training provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
• Prepare and assist with meals and snacks according to dietary preferences.
• Support clients with transfers, ambulation, and safe movement in their homes.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Follow care plans, schedules, and agency policies for reliable service.
