Job summary

Elm Terrace Gardens is seeking compassionate Memory Care Aides to support residents with memory impairments in a full‑time, 12‑hour shift model (7am–7pm). The role emphasizes companionship, safety, and teamwork in a warm, respectful environment.

Requirements include a US high school diploma or equivalent and Direct Care Worker Certificate or active PA CNA certification; previous memory care experience is preferred. Excellent benefits follow 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Direct Care Worker Certificate or active CNA certification in PA is required.
• Prior memory care or senior care experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of dementia is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stay calm.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, behaviors, and needs for personalized care.
• Support residents in engaging in therapeutic activities and social interactions.
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to promote well‑being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Must pass criminal background, abuse and neglect checks.
• Be punctual and dependable.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Aides to join our team and provide exceptional support to residents with memory impairments.

Schedule is full-time, 7a-7p working 2 days a week and every other weekend.

Excellent benefit package after 60 days including 2 weeks vacation, sick time, 403b company match up to 6% and other perks.

Key Responsibilities
