Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Active Living Coordinator for Silver Creek Inn memory care to design, plan, and deliver engaging activities that enrich residents' daily lives.

You will work with residents, families, and the Living Well team to create entertaining events, exercise classes, art and music sessions, and community outings.

Full-time position with some part-time opportunities; schedule Fridays through Sundays, 10:30 AM–7 PM, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Coordinators, and Caregivers for the Living Well program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
