Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks an energetic Active Living Coordinator for Silver Creek Inn memory care in Mesa, AZ. You will design, plan, and deliver entertainment and activities, enriching residents' lives and engaging families.

Open positions include full-time and part-time, with shifts Tue-Sat and weekends; pay is $17–$19 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips and events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director and caregivers for Living Well programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Active Living Coordinator to join our Active Living Department at Silver Creek Inn memory care!

Full-time and Part-time opportunities!

Earn between $17 and $19/hour, dependent on experience!

Multiple Shifts! FT SUN - THURS, 10:30AM - 7PM; PT FRI - SUN, 10AM - 6PM.

Who You Are

You enjoy entertaining. This role works closely with residents and families to assess interests and needs of the residents. You’ll get to participate in designing, planning, and providing entertainment, special events, and other activities which enrich the lives of residents!
