Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Active Living Coordinator for Cedarbrook memory care in California. This part-time role focuses on designing and delivering engaging activities that enrich residents’ lives.

You’ll lead individual and group sessions, coordinate games, exercise, art and music, and collaborate with the Active Living Director and caregivers in the Living Well program to ensure meaningful resident engagement each day.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large groups.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and Caregivers for our Living Well program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
