Frontier Senior Living seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant for the Catalina Springs Memory Care community in Oro Valley, AZ. The role focuses on developing and promoting engaging activities for residents and coordinating transportation and special events.

Qualifications

Must possess a current state-specific driver's license.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compassion for elderly residents.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement and supervise day-to-day social, educational, recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
Encourage resident participation and coordinate with the Residents Council and monthly meetings.
Assist with front desk duties and provide tours to prospective residents and families.
Develop monthly calendars, print and publish newsletters, and disseminate information to residents and staff.
Support transportation services and coordinate special activities during holidays and events.
Represent the community and promote the lifestyle program to visitors.
