Job summary

Frontier Senior Living's Grand Montecito Memory Care community in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a part-time Weekend Lifestyle Assistant to develop and promote an engaging activity program for residents. The role covers planning, implementation, supervision of social, educational, recreational activities, transportation, and entertainment, under the Lifestyle Director.

Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, encouraging resident participation, and assisting with newsletters and front-desk

Qualifications

• Must possess a current state-specific driver's license and appropriate driving record.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written; English language skills adequate to communicate with residents and staff.
• Compassion for elderly.
• Self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing and supervising activities to suit a variety of interests and skill levels for the residents.
• Encourage and promote resident participation in activities and social services.
• Help plan coordination of in-community seminars or lectures quarterly for residents, families and friends.
• Involve Residents Council and Resident Meetings in monthly meetings.
• Represent the community by giving tours and marketing the community as needed.
