The position requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and a preferred 1 year experience with seniors. A valid Class C license is required, with Class B preferred for resident transport. MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Requires a valid Class C driver license, Class B preferred for resident transport.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• COVID-19 or other safety measures may be required as per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, promote, facilitate, and direct activities and excursions for memory care residents to enhance independence and quality of life.
• Promote resident participation through high-quality activities, excursions, events, speakers, movies, exercise, clubs, games, and classes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, colleagues, and supervisors with tact and friendliness.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following established safety standards.
• Ability to drive community vehicles and support teamwork across departments.
