Ivy Park at Oakland Hills is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Traditions Memory Care to organize and promote engaging activities that improve residents’ quality of life. You’ll help schedule events, lead excursions, and foster a warm, inclusive social atmosphere on Sundays through Thursdays.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, and ideally one year coordinating activities with seniors; MS Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer one year of coordinating activities with seniors.
• Vaccination and health screening may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing, scheduling, promoting and directing activities for Memory Care.
• Promote resident participation through high-quality activities and events.
• Communicate with residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist with driving Community vehicles.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
