Job summary

The Arbors at Taunton Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time/Per diem Activities Assistant to bring warmth and connection to residents. You will escort residents to daily activities, lead games, music, crafts, and social programs, and provide one-on-one visits for those who prefer quieter interaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

We're looking for someone who follows the plan- but also understands that in memory care, not everything goes as planned. You'll need the heart to meet residents where they are, the creativity to adapt in the moment, and the enthusiasm to help them feel excited to participate.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
