The Arbors at Taunton Assisted Living is seeking a Part-Time/Per diem Activities Assistant to bring warmth and connection to residents. You will escort residents to daily activities, lead games, music, crafts, and social programs, and provide one-on-one visits for those who prefer quieter interaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Dependable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to daily activities.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment.
• Lead or assist with games, music, crafts, exercise, and social programs.
• Provide one-on-one visits for residents who prefer quieter interaction.
• Adapt activities when needed while staying aligned with the daily plan.
• Build trust with residents and families through kindness and consistency.
• Support the team wherever needed.
