The Arbors at Taunton is seeking a Memory Care Activity Assistant for part-time/per diem hours. If you love working with seniors and can help residents feel engaged and valued, this role could be a great match.

You will lead or support daily activities, escort residents to events, and adapt plans to individual needs while maintaining safety and dignity. Join a warm, team-oriented staff that believes in connection, laughter, and meaningful days.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year working with seniors (paid or volunteer).
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Must meet driving requirements for resident outings.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and escort residents to daily activities
• Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment
• Lead or assist with games, music, crafts, exercise, and social programs
• Provide one-on-one visits for residents who prefer quieter interaction
• Adapt activities when needed while staying aligned with the daily plan

What Youll Do
