Fellowship Square - Mesa is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our Memory Care Team in East Mesa. You will help plan and host activities, engage residents, and support a friendly, caring environment.

Prior memory care experience is valued, and a positive attitude is essential for interacting with seniors. The role involves leading and participating in events, bringing ideas for new activities, and working with the team to keep residents active and engaged.

Qualifications

• Must have memory care experience, preferably with seniors.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and engage residents.
• Able to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (10-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Assist with ideas on creating new activities and programs.
• Run and host events to keep residents engaged.
• Support memory care team with resident engagement and activity planning.
