Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with elders.
• Must meet Registry of Motor Vehicle requirements.
• Dependable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate residents to attend activities.
• Create a welcoming environment for participation.
• Provide 1:1 visits for quieter engagement.
• Support programs including arts, music, and outings.
• Drive community van for trips and excursions.
