Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels.
• Prepare spaces and organize equipment and supplies for activities.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, and social gatherings.
