Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and organize equipment and supplies.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings.
