NHC Place St. Peters Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Activities Director to lead our activities team and implement a comprehensive program for residents, including evenings and weekends.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, and coordinate with care staff while ensuring compliance with guidelines, with a focus on enhancing quality of life for seniors in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Energetic and highly organized individual with a passion for senior care.
• Desire to work with seniors, be compassionate, caring and creative.
• Experience leading activities programs and collaborating with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Activities team and develop a well-rounded program including evenings and weekends.
• Complete assessments and care plans in a timely manner and handle related paperwork.
• Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings.
