Crown Pointe in Omaha (Sonida Senior Living) seeks a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activities and programming. You will develop a monthly activity calendar, train staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for residents across memory care and assisted living settings.

CPR/First Aid certification is required; College credits are expected, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. You will collaborate with care teams to provide high-quality memory care and support to families.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
