Sonida Senior Living's Crown Pointe location in Omaha, NE is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to create and oversee monthly programming for residents with memory care needs. The role is on-site and full-time, offering opportunities to lead engaging activities and improve quality of life.

You will train staff, ensure safety, communicate with families, and conduct tours for prospective residents while supporting ongoing education and development in memory care services.

Competenze

• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• College credits required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following safety policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families when necessary.
