Job summary

Park Place Senior Living at Winghaven in O'Fallon, MO is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead monthly programming, train staff, and ensure resident safety. You will develop calendars, communicate with families, conduct tours when needed, and uphold CPR/First Aid certification; college credits required and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
