Job summary

Symphony Manor, a premier retirement community in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead monthly programming for residents and train staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars. You will ensure a safe environment and maintain strong family communications, tours for prospective residents when needed.

Role requires CPR/First Aid certification and college credits; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; college credits required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
