Job summary

Park Place at Winghaven, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Missouri, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activities, design monthly programming, and ensure high-quality resident engagement.

You will train staff on the Magnolia Trails pillars, maintain safety, communicate with families, and conduct tours for prospective residents. A background with CPR/First Aid and college credits is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification must be maintained.
• College credits required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for residents by following safety policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
