Job summary

Wingate Living is seeking a Memory Care Director/Community Relations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to oversee the Memory Care neighborhood's daily operations, programming, and resident wellbeing.

You will supervise staff and CNAs, ensure safety and engagement, and collaborate on marketing and sales for memory care apartments within a family-owned team devoted to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Coordinate programming, services, policies and procedures to insure a therapeutic, engaging and safe environment for Residents.
• Supervise and manage staff and CNAs.
• Oversee programming and play a key role in marketing and sales for a Memory care apartment community.
