The Waters in Excelsior, MN is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our Petals Memory Care Program on a part-time schedule, every other weekend. You will help residents thrive by planning and leading activities that foster joy, connection, and meaningful daily life, with options for evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for enriching lives of seniors.
• Demonstrated warmth and positive interactions with residents and families.
• Experience in memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activities that help residents thrive (e.g., exercise classes, creative arts, social events).
• Assist residents with activities of their choice, including group and individual engagements.
