Job summary

The Residence at Cedar Dell in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a part-time Memory Care Activity Assistant to join LCB Senior Living. You will help plan and implement daily activities, engage residents, and support transportation and volunteer programs.

This role requires interaction with residents and families in a warm, caring manner. Working hours include Monday, Thursday and Friday plus every other weekend, totaling around 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement activities for residents.
• Inspire residents to participate daily.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must lift up to 15 lbs and be able to assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement activities for residents.
• Assist with transportation and escorts to activities.
• Support volunteer programs and store operations.
• Contribute to monthly newsletters or weekly calendars.
• Attend ongoing training and orientation.
