Job summary

LCB Senior Living's The Residence at Paine Estate is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan, develop, and run daily activities for residents. You will help organize events, coordinate transportation, and work with staff to create a warm, engaging atmosphere.

The role requires creativity, strong English communication, and comfort with basic office software. A high school diploma is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits; wage band is $19–$21 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

The ability to plan, develop and implement activities.
Ability to create interest and motivate residents to participate daily.
Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
Comfort with basic office software and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing residence activities.
Develop ideas to improve the Activities Program.
Coordinate transportation for residents to events.
Assist with volunteer programs and residence store operations.
Maintain supplies per department budget.
Attend trainings and orientation.
Drive residents in a van when needed.
