Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years college with recreation/gerontology major or related field.
• Two years full-time experience in recreation with an adult population.
• Passion for working with seniors and improving quality of life.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Demonstrate requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for duties.
• Be personable, reliable, and a strong team player.
