Job summary

Messenger, LLC is seeking an energetic production team member to operate bindery, sublimation, and engraving equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will cut, fold, laminate, finish, and package printed materials, ensuring quality and meeting daily deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and are mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes. Training offered, with opportunities across production areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in print shop, bindery, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Experience with sublimation printing, heat presses, or engraving equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work orders.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment, including paper cutters, folders, creasers, laminators, and booklet-making equipment.
• Cut, fold, laminate, assemble, and finish printed materials according to job specifications.
• Operate crystal engraving equipment to create personalized crystal products and keepsakes.
• Operate sublimation printers and heat presses to produce custom products on various materials.
• Prepare, inspect, clean, and finish sublimated and engraved products.
• Review work orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper production requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Package completed products and assist with shipping and receiving when needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with other production team members to meet daily deadlines.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
