Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year in a support role, preferably in a customer service environment.
• Experience with data-based or CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design preliminary Good/Better/Best options for meetings using CAD.
• Present CAD designs, materials, and color options to clients; revise designs per input.
• Create final memorial designs, obtain approvals, and file pre-need designs.
• Coordinate ordering of materials, vendor questions, and delivery estimates.
• Attend daily sales huddles and prep designs for appointments.
