Job summary

Whitefox is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team and support industrial membrane installations. You will work with engineering teams, analyze process data, and provide hands-on customer support at plants and laboratories.

The role emphasizes safety, problem-solving, and collaborative work with design and process teams. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and 1–3 years of experience, with familiarity in heat and mass balance principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from an accredited university.
• 1–3 years industry experience.
• Understanding the basic principles of heat and material balance.
• Familiarity with ethanol production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Whitefox values to customers during site visits and support activities.
• Provide on-site customer support presence at industrial plants, laboratories and supply chain partners as required.
• Assist with onsite commissioning activities of new membrane installations.
• Gather, analyse, and report membrane and process performance data.
• Develop training material(s) and mentor/train operations personnel on-site.
• Collaborate with the process design team and detail engineering team.
• Promote safety in your work above all else.
• Other related duties as assigned.
