Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain UPE Membrane equipment, performing tasks such as extrusion, extraction, annealing, surface modification, inspection, trimming, and packaging.

You will complete production records and quality paperwork, ensuring adherence to ISO and Entegris standards. The role requires reading procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder up to 4 ft, and be able to walk and stand during the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Verifies product visually and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Ensures product is consistent with established specifications.
• Escalates quality issues as appropriate.
• Ensures highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality system, ISO and/or other standards.
• Perform various operations on the product line in accordance with the work orders and process record instructions.
• Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughly and in timely (i.e. Production Reports, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.).
• Completes hour by hour sheets on manufacturing processes as required.
• Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality.
