Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego (BGCGSD) seeks a Membership Systems Manager to oversee membership and youth development data systems across clubs. You will ensure data quality, interoperability, and actionable reporting that informs program impact and funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in database/data management or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with data systems, Excel, and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and membership systems.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
• Strong attention to data quality and timely entry across sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the membership tracking and youth development data systems.
• Design, collect, organize, and store program data for funding and compliance.
• Develop monthly dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Audit data for accuracy across BGCGSD sites countywide.
• Translate findings into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Train staff on data systems and provide user guides.
