The Membership Specialist is an integral part of the Membership team responsible for executing the organization’s programs to attract, retain and serve its members. This role is primarily responsible for the execution of a strategic plan for member acquisition and renewal via direct mail, digital channels and onsite conversions. They will also help plan and run member events, track membership fulfillment and oversee ongoing member satisfaction initiatives. They will work extensively with other museum departments to develop accurate and member‑centered communications and provide meaningful onsite experiences.
Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000.
