Job summary

Sam's Club in Shenandoah, TX is seeking a Member Services Associate to assist Members with information on benefits, process memberships and upgrades, and support credit accounts while promoting value across the Club.

You will help meet membership goals, participate in sales events, and maintain safe operations with a focus on service quality and efficiency. The role includes benefits and a competitive hourly wage with performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Process Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and support membership benefits and events to meet goals.
• Maintain safety standards and procedures in the facility, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
