Job summary

This role supports safety procedures, item retrieval, order accuracy, and helps meet membership goals; it also participates in sales events and leverages benefits like Health and Financial programs to improve the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning items, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards, reporting unsafe conditions, and handling hazardous materials properly.
