Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Member Services Associate at our Meridian, MS location to provide information on Membership benefits, promote the value of Walmart products, and support Membership upgrades and related services.

You will handle order processing, assist Members in purchasing decisions, complete safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meet Membership goals while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Companys products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and securing items until Members arrive.
• Completes tasks by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, and communicating progress and information.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations, handling hazardous materials per guidelines, and participating in safety sweeps.
