Job summary

Walmart is seeking a staff member to support Membership by informing customers about benefits and promoting Walmart products and services. The role includes processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales events to achieve Membership goals.

Additionally, duties include maintaining safety standards, assisting Members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services to enhance the customer experience.

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events and strives to meet Membership goals.
• Ensures safety of the facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to management.
